The surrounding area of the property was very good, peaceful and calm. The room was spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. The staff was so helpful and cooperative. Cleanliness and facilities were so good. Suitable for everyone. Must recommend the property to the others.

familyThe location was very good as it was very quiet and there was nothing in the surrounding. Did not face many issues. The rooms were simple but there is no attached toilet, there were not many facilities provided also. The maximum thing which the caretaker can provide was only tea. There is no one for security. It could have been better if they could have arranged for breakfast.

Very nice place. Location is away from city but very peaceful place. Gives feel of real Konkan village. Staff is very kind and supportive. If you want to feel village life then it's very good. But there is network and electricity issue. But overall very nice place.

Perfect home stay

All time I been here I feel as I Am at my native place. A home in KOKAN. Very nice experience. Care taker is helpful, food are a sum, and location is also grate. O would visit this place again and again for sure.
