The receptionist's behavior was extremely rude and he didn't even communicate properly. The hotel is also very expensive. but when i offered to pay an extra amount, he agreed.

Room was booked when it was already full

When i called the hotel after i booked this place, they told me that their hotel is fully booked and that they will reject my booking and i will get my refund. The booking has not been rejected and i have not got my refund.
