The experience was really disappointing, they were giving us 2 tents inspite of booking 3. They charged extra for the 3rd tent when requested. The tents were all dripping with water and the lights were not working.

We had a highly disappointing experience with this tent accommodation in Kedarnath. The images shown online were completely misleading — the actual tents we were given were in poor condition, cramped, and lacked basic hygiene. When we raised our concerns and asked for a refund, the staff not only refused but were also rude and argumentative. They showed no willingness to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the misrepresentation. Given the harsh conditions in Kedarnath, a reliable and honest accommodation is crucial — unfortunately, this place fails on both fronts. I would strongly advise future travelers to be cautious and look elsewhere for a more trustworthy and comfortable stay.

Misleading location 1.5 KM away from temple and with worst staff.

location is worst. They are misleading the pilgrims by saying that location is near temple it is about 1.5 KM away from Mandir. Staff was laughing when we were asking them for their exact location saying that it's near mandir. It was raining that day (10-05-2025)and we were searching for the camp. Really worst members. Finally We didn't go there and booked another room near the temple. Booking was non refundable so didn't get any payment back.
