No hot water till morning 6am. No windows for room and no ventilation, only wall mounted fans. Did not get good towels for shower. Bathrooms are clean but no hot water.

Expected ac in rooms but wasn't there. Also rooms weren't spacious and looked congested. Hygiene and cleanliness was ok to some extent. Need to be more customer friendly.

Don't even deserve one star. We checked in at 8 pm and we had a train booked at 4pm the next day. While we were checking in we asked the guy for 2 hours extension before check out, for which he agreed and gave the us the room key. The next day he comes at 12pm and ask us to check out at 12. When we asked him sir we asked for 2 hour extension the manager started saying the he never agreed to it which was a complete lie.
