It was not Worth the price. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Garbage was lying under the washbasin. Major problem was with the power cut. Fridge was not clean as such. In short stay was not even average. After cleaning the room, they left the garbage outside our room next to the door.

We apologize for the power cut, it was a fault with the hotel department after the heavy storm that we had to shut down the power supply. We take every feedback seriously and work on it diligently.

They have shown the swimming pool but it was not operating. I just booked for the swimming pool otherwise there are other hotels available. Pathetic

Hotel was good but as per the rates of the hotel it is not that clean and maintained. Services are also not good. Overall they need to improve cleanliness also the room services.

Staff was to rude

They all are so unprofessional. They didn't allowed me to check in at late night 11:30 but when I called to MakeMyTrip they allowed me, after that hotel staff was knocking my door for no reason when I opened my door they said to me that I have to check out from a room at 9 in the morning, when I said that my check out time is 12 o'clock, they said I don't know about that but you have to check out as soon as you can, when I said again that I have booked this room from MakeMyTrip and my check out time is 12 o'clock they said talk to MMT, we want our room clear otherwise we will throw your luggage at that time, I took my stuff from the room and went out that's my story.

Not worth another stay

The food and service were good. And that so where the positives ended. The wooden floor was dusty room air conditioner was so noisy that it had to be switched off plumbing was poor. It flooded the bathroom floor. The worst was the sound of toilet flush as if it was going to spill out.
