The provided room was good. They did not greet properly, intercom not working, an alternate number provided but did not pick up the call. The property is good but the services were very bad.

The provided room was good. Toiletries were not provided. Reached the hotel at 10 PM but they are not even aware of the booking. We had to wait for 10 minutes to check-in and accommodation provided. One suggestion, the management should be more attentive about the bookings.

Hopeless services; very awkward rooms ; no luggage placement area ; no wardrobe; no good toiletries; no services in room as the phone was not working. And above all no breakfast including package after charging 2600 rs. In all very poor
