I'm booking delux room but they not give me room there room is very bad condition and wooshroom not clean and blanket or rajai are not washed and smell in room

worst expeeience, they just looted us.. hotel worth only 300rs a day.. its worst hotel i have ever experience in my life.. no cleanlinees.. hotel staff was rude and played a game and looted us
