shripad hotel is very strictly chek ..jaise as a WIF adhar card is not connect adhar card because sim card expired but my adhar connected sim card phir bhi o logo ne din har dhup me baithaya aur phir raat me bola k chalega ..mai online book Kiya tha isliye refund bhi nhi hua ab agli bar mai kabhi booking nhi kruga aur breakfast included dikhaya aur bad me o bhi gayab

We are very upset with the service provided by the hotel. Our booking was through make my trip and the package was inclusive of breakfast. Hotel charged some extra money for breakfast. No restaurant, food is brought from outside and served is very unstandard and the time taken to serve the food after placing order is too long. Very discouraging and we will never recommend any one to book this hotel.

We were 2 senior citizens family, stayed for 4 nights. Our experience was not good with rooms allotted, had lots of issues of tap hot water. We requested many times for hot water in morning hrs, instead they provided hot bucket water. Bath room door, no exhaust in bath room etc over all gave poor show. However customer’s services staff was good and helpful. We will think 2 times before booking again. Hope they will will improve in future.

Hotel location is good. But they are confused with their group policy. If you are booking single room for group with female (unmarried, please dont do it. They will confirm your booking but they won’t allow to stay

Hotel is good but having very small rooms. They have done new interiors but still you feel like cramped in small places. Following things needs to be improved 1) water bottle not supplied 2) fresh towels 3) tea served was always cold 4) insufficient space for parking of cars 5) bathing soap was not provided basic needs were overlooked even after repeated suggestion
