Unprofessional attitude

Hotel was first time getting booking from MMTP, they are lack of awareness and saying we did not received payment. I need to connect them with MMTP customer care for clarification. Hotel management shows unprofessional behavior. I indicated that may be tomorrow I may possibly continue room, but in morning my plan of extension was canceled, and I have checked out, even then they charged full one more day terrif by force. Room does not have bath room slippers also no rack found in bathroom to keep toiletries. No proper drain of washbasin, drain pipe directly leaving on floor.
