The stay was not that clean, lights were blinking, not working, hotel food was ridiculous, the staff when I checked in was good, but when I checked out the other staff seemed angry

Breakfast start serving too late in morning about 8. 15 am. In cold season foot ware could not provided after asking. Hot water comes after too much water waste. I think water system on solar. Stirrer not provided in coffee tray.

Hotel is very good service is nice but the thing is we had booked for 3 adults and been charged 500 extra for extra bed bit disappointing had told us after check in rather than prior booking time!! So clarify to them because had booked for 3 had no idea for this type of situationn. At the time lf booking it shows FREE BED INCLUDED. NOW HOTEL IS CHARGING.

Hotel was good, staff was also pretty descent but there is slight issue of lication of the hotel, it is situated near a stable where u can hear all the noises of cows and buffalo and if u open the window you can also smell the cowdung, restaurants price is very high, and one thing that could be improved is soundproofing of rooms

coupleAlthough the hotel is in a very green area called baghnughalia, however the hotel itself is situated at a very poor, pathetic and horrible. Location. The rooms are good but room service is not up to the mark. The hotel staff is good and cooperative. Not worth the expense of this type of hotel.

familyneighborhood has lots of cows, so it's smelly and cow dung on roads. Road not paved. Lobby entrance dirty. Room had terrible wifi. We booked two exotic rooms. One room had only one tv working. Other tv wasnt. Escalated to room service. They said it was what it was and nothing could be done about it. Room windows didn't have locks. Could easily be opened from outside. Room main door didn't have any safety lock inside. Overall it was a mediocre experience from the viewpoint of booking exotic room.
