coupleHotel Golden Palace staff is totally biased with the customers going through online bookings. My room was not clean at all, the curtains were in a pathetic condition, the tv set was not working, and they did not even provide any complimentary water bottles. The bathroom on the other hand was in a good condition, could not try the food as I was checked in a little late.
