Rooms not cleaned, drinking water they charged firstly and later when we discussed about it is including than they adjusted. Service very poor. Bath water / dustbin dirty and cleaned when complaint. Table and bed having dirt on it. Cleaning process is almost zero. Bathroom naini trap was chocked up which was cleaned when complaint. Wc yellow not cleared. Towel having smell not cleaned. This room charges was rs. 1200 per day which they says upgraded to us even, charged higher by service provider. Breakfast not upto the mark in hotel.
