Miserable state of affairs

Absolutely unreliable people, when we reached they informed us that our booking wasn't communicated to them hence there was no rooms available. After some argument and after providing proof of payment and confirmed booking they accommodated us in a Hotel nearby. Degraded my opinion of MakeMyTrip reliability.
