Hotel Garden Inn

Worst experience! Staffs are rude like anything. They talk like they are providing rooms free. I ordered food from the reception when they were taking order they said within 15 mins I'll have the food but food delivered after an hour. I asked them for dental and saving kit which is the basic need from hospitality, they clearly said nhi h khareedna hoga apko. I asked them for iron so that I ready my official shirt but they dont give about guests. Such a pathetic hotel in Kharagpur. I'm requesting to the owner please look into this.

I had received two contact numbers during my travel of which one was not working. Upon contacting the other number, it's Sibani Resorts. Service of Uber and Rapido are available but captains were refusing to pick up either from Rly Stn or from Resorts. Hotel Room and the Toilets were in unclean. I couldn't watch TV as they did not renew the subscription. When asked, the Receptionist gave a vague reply with zero politeness. Food in the Restaurant is worst. And the prices of the Food and other beverages are very high. They did not keep even a water bottle or jar. Very unpleasant and terrible experience. I recommend you to delist this Hotel from your App to preserve your reputation.

First thing the hotel name is sibani resort while garden inn is just a bar and restaurant. Rooms are not as shown in images. Rooms have cockroachs all over. Food is very good and cheap. But not worth per night. I think its very overpriced. And far from railway station.

It was a very good stay clean rooms, good behaving staff highly satisfied with the hotel.

Overpriced and exploited, the name and the hotel in which i am staying is completely different. No dental kit and toiletries are provided. Most of the items on the menu are not available

Absolute rubbish, no response and the service of this hotel is the worst.

2. There were no pictures of the different types of rooms. It is a new place and is under construction with several issues. The price was high compared to other hotels with the same price. 2. The room had no fan. The washroom was also poor. It is a bad room with a good make up and the environment was bad. People were staring at couples which felt uncomfortable.

I booked at very high price (4100-per night. There was toilet paper, no water bottles, no geyser, no room service available. Even water in bathrooms was not there in morning. Often visit a lot and in hotels they provide small soap, shampoo sachet for guest. But here you have other choice except loosing your hard earned money. Do get attracted by watching there lucrative pics of hotel.

The staff were decent, and the food was good but one hotel rule that was not conveyed to us earlier by mm t was that no outside food could be ordered. So, even for water, we had to go to the reception for them to fill it. Rest everything was good

Service and staff were good. Location was bad. On the bypass so there was problem in getting transport. Hotel was neat and clean though.

Everything was very good, stay was very good.

The rooms are beautiful simple and bright and neatly designed but it was non AC rooms and no breakfast. We only liked it as it was near to our training centre. Staff is good and the place is well-maintained. But transportation is easy and good. There are not many hotels in that place. The guest house is well managed by professional people. Additional point is that the guest house manager is very helpful and always ready to extend his help.
