The room was in terrible condition—Dirty sheets, bad odor, unclean bathroom, pests.The hygiene standards were extremely poor, making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Hotel ganesh have only rooms. They are not providing room facilities to guest. Also they behaved in bad manner after booked room at their hotel. I am not satisfied with their room facilities. When i asked to hotel representatives for room service like - water geyser, drinking water, toilet clean, towel and shop after that they saying for wait 1 hour. And also after that i called again, they saying for cancellation of booking. Dear make my trip this trip was not good for me

Uncleaned washroom, given dirty towel, found bed bugs and cockroachs roaming in night, bitten by mosquitoes all night. Room is not even worthy to book on makemytrip. I forgot to click in hurry
