HOTEL ELEGANT

Breakfast was not proper. Wherever breakfast is complementary,buffet system is followed but here it was not the case. TV was not there in room. Overall fine experience.

Baht ghatiya hotel hai. Koi chi j time pe nah i deta hai. 10 bar bole tab ja kar sunta hai. Auro bolta hai abhi nah i hqu. Bilkul ghatiya hotel hai

No room service available for me. Because i am from make my trip. I never come again in this hotel. I am staying here from two days but experience is very wrost. Gijer is not working. Sleeper is not available. Towel is not available. Drinking water is also not available here.

Hotel was good but facilities are not good at all. There was no hot water. There was shampoo of worst quality. Poor wifi. Tv was not working. As a customer we expect value for money. It's not worth to pay for such facilities. Sorry to say that. But it is fact

No lift facilities

The hotel had some great amenities and the staff were friendly, but the room could have been cleaner and the food options were limited.

No lift facilities, room available at 2nd and 3rd floor, it's be difficult to go ups n down. Rest average.

Very bad services and room cooling condition aa per hotel charges not good facility room services person also have good services to me, land line phone have not worked over all not good

Yea. Hotel not provide breakfast till 9 am. All the money wasted. It's service is very poor. The rooms were very bad. The linens were dirty. Overall a waste of money.

All hotel staff behavior are very good and we'll mention clean room and hotel compound food are very well and specially thanks hotel manager deepak singh
