Hotel D2M

Hotel room are good and clean. But there is no one to entertain guests. They did not provide complimentary breakfast which make my trip assured. There is no number of room service at all. One men provide his mobile number but he did not respond me when I made several call to him. I called him earlier morning at 5 o'clock the day of my check out for tea but no one there so I decided to leave that hotel at 6 o clock before 6 hours of my check out

Rooms are good but the rest meal and other services are so worst. Even a refreshment kit is also provided properly.

Had a confortable stay. The hotel provided extra quilts in very cold weather. They even gave hot water to drink every-time we needed.

The food quality is good although they don't provide half plate but the rates genuine. The staff is good but AC was not functioning properly as the water was leaking in the room. Breakfast services starts quite late hence could not have breakfast. Services are good.

The owner of the hotel is pathetic. Hotel rooms are good. Food is also good. Location is good, parking is good. But what worst in this hotel is behaviour of hotel owner. Owner of the hotel itself sits on reception. He himself handles guests and his having rude speaking accent. Rough talk and pathetic behaviour. The staff of hotel are themselves pissed off from his behaviour. If you book hotel online through any website, he feels he got cheated. And for free breakfast, he wants to gives only 1 prantha with pickle per person, that's it. No buffet, no tea, nothing. And if you get some time, an hour or so delay in check-out after 12. You will be charged for next full day.
