Make my trip didn't send the hotel the confirmation of my booking so i had to wait 3 hours. Room was bad, walls were crusty, pillow covers had to be changed, the bedsheets and comforter was a little dirty. Bathroom seat was dirty and the sink wasn't cleaned well. When they wiped/mopped the floor, they used too much water in the mop and didn't even switch the fan on and ended up making the floor very dirty. My shoes left imprints on the floor. Food was downright average and these guys use too much salt in chilly potatoes and bad ingredients, i ended up having stomach problems for an entire day because of it.
