Dear Mr. Lohia, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring a few concerns to your attention that have recently come to light during your last visit. We understand that there were issues regarding the availability of hot water, and we have also learned of concerns related to our manager, Mr. Mithun, taking commissions for services such as boat rides and auto rides. Additionally, it appears there was a lack of transparency in the food billing process. I want to inform you that we have recently undergone an ownership change, and with it, we have restructured many of our internal processes to improve guest experiences. We are committed to providing a more transparent and high-quality service moving forward.
