I recently stayed at Parkview and the stay was average. I had booked the Terrace room and the room was good. It had a attached bathroom wherein the water heater was not working properly and the staff had to fetch us hot water from another room which was bad. Parkview was just next to the boat house and there were shops nearby. Overall it was an average stay.

Please don't book standard room in this hotel because room was not comfortable and area of the room also very small and room don't have the celling fan instead of that it has wall fan that too also very small one.

Location is right next to boat house and provides beautiful scenery of mountains. Staffs are very helpful as well. When we asked for milk at 10pm, they promptly bought in a flask and provided us. One thing it missed is restaurant. We have to go a bit distance like 300metres to get food. Or ask the staffs to buy food.

Pleasant stay

This resort is very next to the yelagiri boat house, they share the adjacent compound walls. I travel-led on a weekend as a family of 4 adults and 2 kids. This resort is compact and comfortable. We stayed in a triple bed room with a garden view on the ground floor. It had a living and bedroom. Pros 1) small yet comfortable with small lawn 2) they offer free fish spa 3) night they are projecting movies which you can enjoy with friends and family. 4) shops and restaurants are very nearby. Cons: 1) the water heater was not working properly, it took half an hour to get ready. Being a big family we faced difficult to get ready. 2) they don't have restuarant 3) trespassers are entering to get water so privacy and safety problems are there 4) room was not cleaned everyday

Excellent stay at yelagiri boat house road. 1br having one double and one single bed was comfortable for 3 person stay and extra dining hall serves for purpose. Good stay for kid as well as the grass lawn was well maintained. Small hotel with ample parking, no restaurant but many eateries near by.

familyRooms were good, clean and spacious, however service was very bad. There was only one person doing check-in and checkout. No facilities was provided on room. There was not toiletries provided, they asked to get it from outside. Not even soup to take a bath. Only one small handwash shop. No water bottle in the room. No food option there. In the photos it looked like very large space outside, but it was very small. They have written 100s of facilities but only one or two of them was provided when we reached. They didn't have a phone to call room service. With the price of the room, you can get a very good resort with lots of facilities. Only good thing was room. It was large and spacious. I will not recommend anything with the price they ask for. I paid rs for this because of the facilities they mentioned, but room was only worth
