Very good location of the property, right at the river bank. Good service and nice food. Nice open air as well closed restaurants. Helplful staff

Stayed at the hotel for a short trip. The stay was good - clean room and decent service. The only drawback was the food. While it tasted fine, the pricing felt unreasonably high for what was offered.

there was a steel shed outside the room that was making so much noise of raining that I didn’t sleep for even 5 minutes the whole night the food was not good in the buffet there was a choice of only 2 things to choose from so I ate outside and the space was very small the place is overpriced according to the size of the room

Our stay at Hotel Paradise & White House Cafe was underwhelming. Although we had informed them about our early check-in in advance, the room we had booked was not provided. It felt like the management prioritized walk-in guests over those who had already made online reservations. The room lacked basic conveniences — there was no way to contact reception for room service, and the Wi-Fi was practically unusable. Mobile network coverage was also unexpectedly poor compared to other parts of Manali. Room service was sluggish, and the kitchen only opens at 8:30 AM, making it impossible to get even a cup of tea earlier. Even simple orders like tea and biscuits took an unreasonable amount of time. Breakfast wasn’t buffet-style, and the overall food quality didn’t justify the high prices. On the positive side, the property offers ample parking and the security staff was very prompt and helpful. The location is excellent — well-connected and easy to reach without getting caught in traffic. They also helped arrange a bike for us quickly, although it was priced higher than market rates. Overall, while the location and parking are definite pluses, the service and amenities leave a lot to be desired.

We had a wonderful stay here. Rooms are very clean and environment is very relaxing. Staff is very polite and one of the best thing here is that it had live music and dj at night. Whats the process for discount in food

Location and ambiance justifies the name but food quality was not up to the mark.Evening loud music hampers sleep.

One of the worst stay at this hotel, the name is only paradise but in reality it's a hell. No fans available and the temperature at this place drastically, and also they don't have geyser at this hotel and we had to take a bathe in cold water at 6 degrees. The managers are like ohk sir please do whatever you can. The food taste and all is real bad and the price 9000 is not worth it. Kindly avoid this hotel paradise. It will give you a taste of hell. Manager raj kumar is a real pain he doesn't know how to deal with situations.

Stay is fine even hotel at a beautiful location. Problem is that food is highly expensive even if you feel like sitting at white house cafe but don't eat looking at the menu rate. Imagine parantha is for 600. Yellow dal is for 400. Nothing is near by to eat. It's very difficult for family

Location is next to nehru kund. Room quality was good. River facing rooms. Food quality was fine. Nice views from property.

Excellent place to stay at an affordable price. The behaviour of the staff is nice. The bar and music are just awesome.
