had an unforgettable stay at pangong house — a true gem right by the majestic pangong lake. the rooms were cozy, clean, and well-equipped with warm bed heaters and 24-hour electricity, which is rare in this remote area. what stood out the most was the hospitality – the staff served each meal with a genuine smile and offered local ladakhi food in a beautiful traditional setting. the hot water ran all day, and the outdoor seating area was perfect for soaking in the stunning lake views and stargazing at night. i especially loved the sunset hi-tea by the lakeshore, sipping local chang beer while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. this wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience — peaceful, authentic, and heartwarming. highly recommend it for anyone visiting pangong lake.

We stayed here for a night and liked the arrangements. It's a cottage, hence much warm than the nearby tents. Property is nearly 100mtr from lake, you can easily walk and enjoy the view. Staff of this homestay are really nice and helpful. Breakfast and dinner both were warm and tasty. Only drawback is, it is in ma-an village nearly 8km from the start of the lake. Most of the people stay nearby the start point and there are lot of restaurants or care at that area. This one is pretty far from that, your cab driver might ask for extra to take you there

If you're someone who doesn't want to stay just next to the 3 idiots shooting point and want to avoid the unwanted crowd, you should definitely go for this stay. The rooms are beautiful & comfy, the hospitality is also great. And the lake view just across the stay is something you would want to watch forever.

The heater needs an hour or so to be started which we were not aware about. I wish the host told us this before hand luckily it wasn’t too cold in the night. Rest everything was good place is neat close to the lake and they provide hot water when we need it

Nice, clean and very good place at such remote location. Very friendly staff. It’s a proper house not a tent or wooden cottage. Located at 5 km from main shooting place at man village. Actually you can see lake from room.

I'd suggest you to spend more time at this place rather than anywhere else. It has a clear view of sky where you can stargaze and enjoy the breeze

The property has in man village. The good thing about is that it is far and is less crowd. You could see the lake from the property and actually it is walkable distance around hundred metres food provided was excellent.

We could walk to pangong lake from this guest house at any time and had a spectacular view of the lake. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time by the lake.

Great location at manna village on the bank on the lake. Less crowded and amazing home stay. Rooms were comfortable and caretakers were so humble and helpful
