Room s and location is good enjoyed.trees and mountain view is nice and chairs kept in terrace is looking good.

Deluxe room size was only 10×9 only. Kitchen is a tin shed structure. Food was average. Out of my 2 days stay 1 night was without electricity, no backup. TV were not working as they informed were not operational.

We were staying in the premium room ut there was no hot water even after repeatedly asking the reception

Wonderful stay. The staff was very courteous and welcoming in nature. The overall ambience is just wonderful. The rooms are spacious and the washrooms are maintained very clean. The kitchen serves good food with care. Its a must stay in this hotel.

Was very pleased with the staff behavior, service, amenities and the room. They upgraded our room to premium with a sit out overlooking the mountains which was a wonderful site. We were even picked up from the bus stand when we arrived. The only negative is the non availability of taxes to the market or the bus stop. We had to walk uphill with our bags to reach the taxi stand on our way to govind ghat.

This was probably the best experience we have had in a long time. The property managers are on top of their game and are shining examples of what hospitality industry strives for. The washrooms were clean and there was 24 hour supply of hot water. Cab service was made available on request, even at odd hours like 3 am (due to bus reservations. Looking forward to visiting again

The experience was average, with neither outstanding nor negative aspects. The receptionist and staff were quite impressive. However, there was some moisture on the walls, and the washrooms could benefit from having exhaust systems. On a positive note, there is a designated arrangement for drivers.

Hotel room too small as per the price charged. No hot water at Basin Tap. Called multiple time to the reception but nobody came.
