Property is good but it lack basic facilities & the room is very small, they didnt have lift aswell, it will be hectic task if the room was alloted in the 2nd floor

The stay was comfortable and clean. The location is ideal if you are planning to visit the beach. There was 24 hours of hot water supply and the AC worked fine.

Beach front location. Area is into developing stage. Walkable distance to Murudeshwar temple. U can order food and get it delivered. Service is good

Amani Beach HomeStay Room was very clean , Good water supply Good Hot water facilities Multiple basin and bathroom options . Over all experience was Vey good .

Neat and clean place. Walkable from temple and restaurants. Scenic beach facing property.

No proper entry.. Backside gate entry...broken toilet.. No lift.. very small room... Smelling rooms.. Requesting for hot water.. No Restorent.. Alloted top floor room with roof sheet... to hot and unable to sleep whole night due to disturbance from rain.. Total worst experience..

It was a pleasant stay, best suitable for family. Very polite staff and all behaved very well. Walkable distance from Temple.Special mention to one staff called Naseer, we forgot some items in our room and checked out, then were about to board the taxi..luckily Naseer came running and gave us those items.

It was a very pleasant experience.Stay has a perfect view of the sea and the murudeshwar temple is near the property.The hosts are very welcoming and helpful.The rooms were clean,well maintained and comfortable.I would highly recommend the stay for families and groups .The hospitality and cleanliness was beyond expectations.Thank you ! Will definitely visit again .

Stay is very near to Murudeshwar Temple and easily accessible to the Beach.

We Booked a Dormitory where 12 people stayed at a time and is very spacious with privacy for everyone. Very clean and hygiene was maintained. he owner and staff were very helpful with the check-in and checkout. it was 5 -10 minutes walk to Main temple and the best part in front of the stay is the beach we can play All time. After playing out door showers also they have maintained very well. we ordered the food through them also and it was very good and tasty.No extra Charge nothing. For group travellers, Family and Friends it's best to stay. Thank you for amazing service

Right next to the beach, the Murdeshwar temple is accessible. The staff was polite and helpful, and the room was clean. Would recommend considering the place to stay if you are in the town

The beachfront stay was clean, neat, and well-maintained. The overall experience was really good peaceful location, tidy rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway.

Property location is good as it is right at beach, but the road leading to property in bad shape as well as food facility wasn't available even on paid basis which required us to drive to restaurants for every meal. For such a price, it was well provided and managed. All facilities in washroom were not fancy but functional in both rooms.

Location was sub optimal . But stay and care taker was good. Room decent

It was an awesome feeling. Very safe stayed throughout the day & night. And walkable distance from homestay to temple. Safe for girls both ( groups or solo traveller ). Easy access.

Property is good, staff is also good, but rooms are bit small. Close to beach , we can have a nice time in beach. Overall property is good to stay with family.
