1 Star Hotels in Sivasagar

I had booked this hotel through make my trip after getting confirmation mail through make my trip I moved there but the manager in Hotel refused to Give me room he told me that he did not get any confirmation on his mail he repeatedly told me to book directly but I told him that my booking is non refundable therefore I called customer care after several arguments and discussion between make my trip personal and the manager I finally got my room after 2 hours wait. Hotel manager behavior is rude and mannerless he told me make my trip earlier payment are balance and lots more things which I don't think that after a long tried full journey a guest should listen. So I will think twice to book a hotel through makemytrip.
