1 Star Hotels in Bakkhali

The hotel room was good. But, the hotel is very far from the sea beach. Infact, it was at the very end. Hotel staff is friendly. Food was average. Hotel staff provide hot water, however, it will be good to have a geyser in the bathroom. Followings will be my suggestions : Geyser should be installed for hot water. Wi-Fi should be installed for internet. Food quality should be improved.

Pathetic service. No room attendant. Totally unprofessional stuffs. Thay don't have food service. You need to shout at reception for services you need even for turning on generator during power cut and need for hot water supply. Don't go with your family there.

Good but little overpriced, I booked a suite room, room was good but there was no balcony .

Room is good, 7-10 walking distance from sea beach, value for money . Overall not bad. There is a television in the room, a fan, a telephone, a table desk and attached bathroom . The bathroom was clean . But there wasn't WiFi connection in the room.

Room full of cockroach. Service average. Room condition not good. Location of hotel is far away from main beach and market. Room was not clean. Hot water not available. Geyser was not working. Total review is below average.

Faced harassments after checking in. There is absolutely no AC service in the hotel. We paid for it, still couldn't avail the service. Very disappointed. Very poor communication between the hotel and the website.
