Hotel managing authority is very bad, giving the worst room, suffocating room, food price very high according to this price,,,, very bad experience In spite of having front side domitaory room, they give us back side dormitory room,,,, just horrible experience

we are enjoy a very much and happy time pass with relaxation. a good experience.

Rooms are clean and tidy but washroom is very small. Foods in the restaurant of this lodge are delicious.

Stay was pleasant.Service good and food descent.Powercut is a issue in bakkhal and they have outstanding power back up.

Alloted Room No.208, room is filled with urinal(toilet) smell that is coming from toilet and backside window all the time. Disturbance, noise and vibration from upper floor was very much troubling is. Reported that to the Manager but the disturbance remains the same. Food is good

Nice stay & cooking of restaurant is fine & delicious.. Well decorated Room But bathroom of deluxe room is too congested.

It’s good but we prefer a shade for parking underneath shade as when it’s rain all day we had to face problems

The infrastructure of restaurant should be improved. Food quality is good but the floor, the cloth of the table should be clean and hygienic. The manner of staff of the restaurant should be improved. Except restaurant it was a good and pleasant stay.

The location is good. The food is good. But our experience was very poor with the management. Management is very poor and extremely unprofessional. During the entire night, we faced multiple power cuts which resulted in a very disturbed sleep for us. The management is very rude and unethical. Won’t be coming here again.

The room condition is suffocating and the bed condition is also very poor.

Review for BALAKA LODGE We had a two-day booking at Balaka Lodge but could only stay for one day due to the extremely poor condition of the hotel. The room was so dirty that it was impossible to even step inside comfortably. The worst part was the behavior of the reception manager—rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. His attitude was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We were so upset that we left without staying the second night. Unfortunately, we couldn't get our money back. This experience was a complete waste, and I will never return to this hotel again. I strongly advise others to avoid it.

it was ok for a single day stay over here nothing so special.one thing very nice about this lodge they cook fresh food .
