We had a lovely family stay at the hotel—spacious rooms, warm service, and kid-friendly amenities made it perfect for all ages. A relaxing experience for everyone!

All is well except frequent power trip trouble in entire Bakkhali though DG supply was available

Room, Bathroom, Service, Restaurant are all good . Room & Bathroom are very Clean. food also good in quantity & quality specially bengali food. need to add more food items like Momo, Maggi, Milk, Cornflakes & Fruit juice. overall good experience

Balaka lodge is an excellent property in Bakkhali. The room condition is good, cleanliness is up to the mark, Room service is brilliant. The main part is the food quality. It's superb tasty. I strongly recommend Balaka Lodge to good stay in Bakkhali

Staff behaviour was good.The foods were very tasty 😋 and delicious. And also just 8 min walking distance from sea beach 🏖️.

Hotel managing authority is very bad, giving the worst room, suffocating room, food price very high according to this price,,,, very bad experience In spite of having front side domitaory room, they give us back side dormitory room,,,, just horrible experience

Stay was pleasant.Service good and food descent.Powercut is a issue in bakkhal and they have outstanding power back up.

Alloted Room No.208, room is filled with urinal(toilet) smell that is coming from toilet and backside window all the time. Disturbance, noise and vibration from upper floor was very much troubling is. Reported that to the Manager but the disturbance remains the same. Food is good

Nice stay & cooking of restaurant is fine & delicious.. Well decorated Room But bathroom of deluxe room is too congested.

The infrastructure of restaurant should be improved. Food quality is good but the floor, the cloth of the table should be clean and hygienic. The manner of staff of the restaurant should be improved. Except restaurant it was a good and pleasant stay.

The location is good. The food is good. But our experience was very poor with the management. Management is very poor and extremely unprofessional. During the entire night, we faced multiple power cuts which resulted in a very disturbed sleep for us. The management is very rude and unethical. Won’t be coming here again.
