staff Arrogant, rooms ventilation waa poor , over charges rooms ,food was ok though . No towel in bathroom ,

Pathetic rooms, ac was not working properly. Dinner and breakfast was included in my package but after the many followups they forced me to have dinner as per hotel choice even reception guy misbehaved and said i meet you in your room. I called the mm t representative but they also didn't call me back.

Please provide me bill. I need bill

ac not working. we change one after another 3 rooma. ac are fixed at 30° . staff try to make us fool saying it is Outside temperature. when we Deny to stay there., than they shift us on upper lavel room. ac was working there. Hygiene poor. Staff cooperative. they allow us to stay 2 hours more after check out time.

Location is good, adjacent to highway, food was tasty, room size is good, staff is nice

I have booked two rooms for four adults. One room is good but the second one is smelly. But I told them to clean it properly they did. But as we all know sometimes first impression is last impression

Room is OK, no hot water supply. For food like breakfast and lunch and dinner, they treated like buggers. This is not available, that is not available etc.

Nice hotel but they should allow couple entry. Facilitie are good . But they charges of food are very high . They should minimise there charges of food, then they would look more nice . Lasty couple entry must be there in mayur hotel .

We were on a cycling expedition, the staff was very cooperative as we wanted to put our expensive cycles in our rooms . Food is awesome . The manager is very courteous . This was my third visit to this hotel and will be visiting again

Near by Gagan chock and hotel upon main road Highway means hotel location perfect and room service very fast. Hotel staff Behaviour is good

Very poor service. Rooms were dirty. Very poor smell in Rooms. Food was good. Will never opt for this Hotel in future.
