Nal Safari Resort

We had booked one delux and super delux room. The delux room and super delux room were mentioned of size 2000 plus square feet on makemytrip. But room was hardly 500 sqayre feet including bathroom. So we decided to take the third room which had a plumbing issue water leakage. So changed that room in evening to the other room which was on 3rd floor. Not to mention i had my parents 60 plus and my nephew who is 4 years old. . So one shifting happened at night around 8 pm. Then after 2 hours ac stopped working there. Registered a complaint to reception. No one responded. So continued with fan. Only to find out lights were gone at 12:30 am in night. There is no number for room service or reception or anything. You just call some guy. Who speaks to you very arrogantly. Even he wasn't picking call. So we went to his room. And knocked continuously who was snoring in peace. So after half and hour he did something and got the ligts. Then at 4:00 am. My father's room lost water supply. No water. So he had to wake up and agian go to this guy. Woke up tired next morning. And there was only one geyser working in all rooms of enitre hotel. So we took bath one by one. 6 people which costed us the hour. And when we mentioned those difficulties to reception, he said to my wife that " you didn't have difficulties switching room midnight's, why do you have difficulty switching room for guyser! i was amazed by the audacity of his response.

Food was good. Not much safety standards followed.

It's not a picture just doing like his job and lunch is very highly cost

We went there 10 pm in my booking day of 5 Dec 19 for 2 days I informed the property by mail, because I called them but one one pick up my phone, no one was there, no securities, no receptionist, reception was locked, no one pick call even no one reply my mail also, my trip was ruined and we return at my home at that day.

The room was too much dirty with zero cleanliness. I found many harmful insects on bed and when try to contact with manager then he also not cooperating for the same and we left the hotel immediately in the night.

Good food, nice atmosphere and good location in a peaceful place.

Food is okay and charges to deliver food on the room.

Food is average, rooms service are not good as expected, there was water inside the room because of rain, they don't have another super deluxe room for adjusting. Bad experience.

No TV service, no water services, after 8 they don't provide food. There is no light on premises.

Low quality resort, not any clean area in resort, no any responsible person who can answer your questions, very bad quality food plate which is not worth the price, no basic facilities like phone, towel, ac, no water bottle, no shampoo, no bath soaps, dirty swimming pool. Recommend to not visit in this resort. If you have lots of money then pay me I will give the best option than this resort.

No Meal after 8 pm, un maintained pool, unprofessional staff.

Food is very costly, staff service is very bed, location is good, room and bathroom is very dirty experience is very bad, will not try again.

We only planned for 1 night as we were not much aware about the services. But the stay was great.
The hotel was great, we had an amazing experience as the weather was also cool.

Not happy with rooms, not happy with the food, not happy with amenities.
Not happy with the service and even not happy with the air-conditioner tent and unhappy with food service.

Worst service. AC water drain on bed. Exhaust fan not working. Food was really bed. Hotel staff admitted that they are offering bed services. Staff behavior was not good. Only good thing is that swimming pool. Nothing else . . Never suggest to any one on the globe.

Relaxing and enjoyable. It is quite good and enjoyable journey. One of the best one day picnic.

It was a very wonderful stayed there . Everything is perfect . Value for money I must say . Food, room & other facilities like Indoor Games are very good . Even I suggested to my friends . Will definitely visit again
