property was great rest everything,food service was terrible...they say we serve alarkate but they ask you to come to the restaurant and eat and their food quality was so poor as they serve lunch dinner same and with little changes next day also same...so please maintain your standards with your price

Its was my 5th visit food quality and customer service also has degraded a lot . Rooms are better now but the restaurant people are not good . They said we wont be able to deliver the food in your room ..

Nice location in midst of nature, amazing food, cooperative staff, all was good. Just the pool needed some facilities like life jacket and floats to help kids. That can be a nice upgradation. Overall good experience

White Tiger forest lodge at Tala is an extremely beautiful and a well maintained property with many cottages, just a few steps away from the Centralised Reservation/Verification Forest Office. The property is equally close to the most popular Tala zone entry gate. The property itself is a birders’ paradise. The resort management takes complete care about your Safari trips. Vehicle and guide payments are settled altogether at the time of check-out from the resort. Each of the resort staff, right from the sweeping staff to the reception staff, from housekeeping to reception staff are professional and committed in their domain, thereby ensuring a comfortable stay. The restaurant staff is well trained in their duties and responsibilities and offer supers delicious and mouth watering lunch and dinner with multiple options for both veggies and non-veggies guests. They woke up everyday at 3 in the morning to prepare healthy and tummy full breakfast for the guest moving for early morning safaris and later in arranging for in-house breakfast buffet for the guests available in the hotel. I visited Bandhavgarh with my family of four and stayed here for 4 nights. Extremely satisfied with the hospitality and caring staff. Special care and attention was given every time by each restaurant staff to whom we have requested for Jain food for two of our family members. It was a memorable and wonderful stay at MPT White Tiger. Would highly recommend this Resort to all safari enthusiasts and photographers visiting Bandhavgarh National Park. Special mention about the front desk staff Sh. Abhishek Dubey and Sh. Chauhan for their wonderful, caring and supportive nature towards each and every guest. Thank you MPT for making it a worthy and value for money trip. Looking forward for a repeat stay at the resort during next visit to the Park.

This was my second visit to the property, and it continues to impress. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the promised amenities. The buffet offers a great variety of hygienic and flavorful dishes. I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having breakfast packed early for the morning safari. Even after three years, the experience remains consistently excellent—thanks to the genuine hospitality of the staff.

The location of the property is excellent, barely 700 meters from either the safari booking counter or the Tala gate. Staff is very polite and will go out of their way to cater to your requirements. With its ambiance, visitors will feel very close to nature, and it is worth the travel from Umariya, the nearest rail head. The food spread is varied and sumptuous, and one is left to choose from the many dished out at both times of the day. The staff also ensure that they pack and hand you over your breakfast before you leave for the early morning safaris. Indeed, this place is a value for money stay and is highly recommended.

Stayed 2 nights. The food was good & service in restaurant was good. The bedrooms are of good size & comfortable. Bathroom cleaning needs to be looked at. Every time we flushed the toilet, there was bad drain smell. The glass doors & windows really need to be kept clean. The common bathroom in dining area also needs to be kept clean. It smelt. The safaris were on time & well organised. Well worth a visit.

An excellent stay at MPT White Tiger Forst Lodge. Loved the location just near to the Ticket Counter. Food was fresh, hygienic & tasty. Staff was courteous & ready to help. Front desk was accommodating & prompt with all the information. Rooms are descent & the property is well laid out, needs some maintenance though. Overall a nice package & recommended for stay & dine. Kudos to the management.
