Best place near Shangarh, close to the waterfall. It's a very calm, offbeat location with a good property and nice hosts who serve tasty food.

The location of the stay is good bt the road is not at all good..very rough and patchy.. Food is very much homely.. Amenities are there but not working properly due to power issues n we also face powercut.. They provide good services..bt deres lots of small insects inside d room..

The location of the homestay is excellent, in the lap of Himalayas! The road to the property is pretty difficult but maybe that's what keeps the crowd away and make this location peaceful and serene! The accomodation is professional & commercial per say, it's not homestay style. Sometimes food here can become your headache as there are very limited options available in reality (although the menu is pretty extensive) and you will have to make some comprises. I remember ordering Aloo Parathas which were okayish but were served as it is, without any pickle/ sauce/ curd! I had to gulp it on its own. You will have to make arrangements for local sightseeing on your own mostly as taking their help would cost your pocket. So I had to rely on locals for guidance. The village is great but everything is commercial - the hamlet has become a tourist economy, so it's not cheap as such. The overall experience was pretty good except for the mentioned drawbacks.
