Food is good. Washrooms not well maintained, swimming pool not clean. location 2.5 km from alibaug beach

The floor of the room was dirty with dust and even though the rooms were categorised as non-smoking, the smell of smoke lingered around. We got our room changed but even in the new room there was smell of smoke in the washroom. Even getting the daily bottle of water was a task. We decided to check out a day early. The only positive thing about the hotel was the staff at the Saffrestaurant. Everything else was pretty average. We stayed for one night, 11th August at maple ivy alibaug. Room was well appointed, ac, tv, fridge, hot water all working. Restaurant,"Saffron" has good food. Restaurant staff akshita & anurag were very helpful & polite. Buffet breakfast was nice.

location is near to market area Good service,. but no proper parking area and children garden area is tooooo small

Good location and good food. Nice swimming pool. Room size is really good. Guests are not passed on discounts at the restaurant Saffron while walk in customers get 15 - 20 percent discount on Zomato Gold and EasyDiner apps..so need to be alert on the same. Overall, a good experience and good service by th staff. they did help in arranging local travel too.

Family Rooms spacious. Swimming pool well maintained. Good service. Excellent Restaurant, must try their thin crust pizza. It was amazing. Resturant staff was very courteous. Overall good relaxing experience. Also, had small kids play area.

We booked a superior room with breakfast, but we faced many service issues. We had to wait for one and a half hours to check in. When the room was allotted, we had to call room service several times for things like towels, a foot mat, and other bathroom accessories. One side table was missing in our room. Otherwise, the hotel is good. We give it a 3 out of 5."
