Worst Service, Skeletal Staff (the receptionist is the chef!! ), No reception in the TV (reason given: monkey has broken the cable). Delayed Food, Bad Food. Did not get what I ordered. On the top of that, the menus seem to be no where found. Just imagine, for 20 rooms in the hotel, there are only 3 menus which are circulated around. At the time of checkout, we were presented with a photocopied menu, which had different and exorbitant prices than the one we ordered from. Apart from giving you a high blood pressure and taking your moolah, there is nothing much this hotel/haveli/hostel can offer. The property is nice, although is quite far from the Bird Sanctuary. An old dilapidated haveli has been converted into a hotel. Or should I say, is in the process of conversion.

On the outside, the palace looked a little damaged. But once we entered the palace, it is well-maintained from the inside. The rooms are well-maintained and nicely decorated. The fort is very big but only a small portion of the fort is operational for the palace. Food is very nice. Overall, had a very good experience.

Lovely place and very efficient staff. They care for the guest so much that we feel like the king there. Lovely food and courteous staff. Though the approach road inside Bharatpur is not so great and the maintenance from outside is old dilapidated and disheartening.

This was our worst ever hotel stay. The hotel did not have anything that one expects. Even a Dharam shala would have been better. The room did not have a kettle, bathroom door could not be bolted, not even a stool in bathroom. So called bonfire was a disaster and the staff just disappeared after a while without bothering for the comfort of guests. The food was always cold and nobody to listen to. All in all a most horrible experience.
