The place was very neat and clean with good scenic beauty. A very good place for a staycation. Enough indoor activities to keep kids entertained but the best was the food. Chef Kamal surely knows that a well fed guest is a happy guest. The quality and taste of food was at par with any five star you can stay around here. Will surely recommend the place to others too.

Property was nice. Staff was also very supportive. The best part was food. I didn’t realise we are not at home. Chef prepared those dishes which were not in menu but was my demand for kids

The staff members are totally unprofessional in every way. They don’t know how to talk to customers and deals in very rude way though they were very nice before we reached here but after that lot of things got messed up by them, the behaviour is so disgusting. Mainly by their main cheff kamal. Just before check-out also there behaviour is very negative towards us. (terrified experience)

Very nice stay at mad-nest villa. Staff behaviour was very nice; they were polite and sweet. All amenities were good; room and bathroom were clean; breakfast was nice; a suggestion for summers: fresh lime water (nimbu pani) could be there apart from tea and coffee. Dinner could be better. One drawback of the unconstructed road was that it was there, but when we were leaving, it was getting constructed, so it will be good. Overall, if we rate it 9/10.

I got to know about this property through a friend who recently visited. The property is little off from the main kasauli chowk and needs one to travel an unmaintained road for about 3-4km, but to me that's the only hustle of visiting this property. The property provides a great view of the valley, bliss of silence, amazing amenities and a warm hospitality. Mr kamal who is the chef here doesn't leave to seize any moment to keep your stay comfortable. Very well maintained property. My family and i had a memorable stay. 5/5 stars overall. Loved the property, amenities and hospitality !
