It was really pleasant stay at hotel lotus. Rooms were very well maintained and specious. Service and hospitality was excellent. The owner of hotel was simple but well decorated helping in nature. Guided us well for our further tour. Also supplied us oxygen cylinder without any deposit at very minimum charge. Food quality also excellent and they ask your choice of food. I have cancel-led my stay at pangong and waiting for refund of 26. I had cancel-led directly from the property and they have agreed for 25% refund

The property is beautiful with apple trees and beautiful flowers in the garden. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We booked room with extra bedding but to make us more comfortable they provided us room instead of extra bedding. Food tasted amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting leh.

Lotus hotel excels in all departments of hospitality. The owner of the hotel, manager and the entire staff took great care of us. Be assured that you are in the safest hands in the high altitude Leh. We can’t think of anyplace else to stay in Leh in our next visit. Food is really very good here and served with a smiling face always. Rooms are very comfortable.
