The room was very terrible. There were too many cockroaches inside the room..I found very good photo in Make My Trip app but when we entered there it was in a pathetic condition

This is not a hotel stay. When we visited there we were shocked to see that this is a Shabby residential building. When we reached the 1st floor of this building it was even shocking to see a flat with each room being converted into individual rooms for rental purpose and this flat was stinking with high intensity. On seeing this we asked for refund but the attendant refused for refund. In this way we felt cheated, lost our Rs.2000/- and wasted our time and left from there. SUGGESSION - NEVER BOOK WITH Le Pension. It is useless.

I went to Le Pension guest house on 4thMay'25.i stayed there for 1 day. The rooms are so dirty and pathetic..There no proper water supply in wc and shower. You have to take 4-5 rounds to the reception in a day to inform them that there is no water.Then they will start the water...When i booked the room i was told that the room has AC and TV,but when i went there i found out that there was no TV in the room..I asked the manager why the TV is not there he said we removed the TV from the room..I paid for everything as a package.I didnt get any cashback or discount for this..I would like to never ever go to this guest house..You will repend..With your wife never ever dare to go here if you dont want fights to take place..This is a low budget options for guys coming in gang...

If you want a terrible experience, Please go ahead. Such a horrible experience with lots of mosquitoes, leakage of AC, defective window, and the tv was not working after complaining for TV they didn't repair the TV. Defective Bulb in the bathroom and too far from daman beaches. The corridor was full of smoke smell. you can't even breathe in the corridor. @hotel navya palace.

Rooms not at all-up to the mark. They are just flats which they have converted into rooms. Hygiene is total disaster and the washrooms are bad. The staff is nice but overall i would suggest to spend a little more and stay at a good property rather than this place. Rooms are not up to the mark. Washrooms are dirty and they have just converted flats into hotel rooms. Hygiene is improper. Staff is polite but the rooms are not worth it. I would suggest to spend a little more and a book a better property for good experience.

My worst experience of a hotel. Staying in a dharamshala would have been better. Even the minimum facilities were missing. I don't understand how come your company merge with this kind of property. Means only earning commission is the only criteria for you people?
