The property location is great. However, the rooms maintenance is poor. Bathroom doors are broken. Chairs look dirty. With a bit more care and maintenance, this kumbakonam homestay could be made excellent. Hope the property owner will pay attention.

I booked online and when we entered they said there is no heater in on room, we were 3 family in 3 rooms they asked us one heater and share, but while booking it was completely mentioned ac 2 rooms with heater, also the ac didn’t work at all, and the guy mentioned that since you booked online i cannot change rooms, tough there were many empty rooms, later during the time of checkout when we argued that why can’t you change the room the guy mentioned that the rooms was full and he was continuously insisting that why don’t book online. We all suffered a lot after a long journey to kumbakonam

familyI booked the room for my wife and daughter Ergo, went to visit the temples. My wife had some of her lady friends visiting her. The hotel did not allow them inside saying that they will use the hotel facilities and for entry they need to pay. This is just terrible and never heard of anywhere. I do not recommend this hotel.

The location of the property was very convenient. The property is located in a peaceful locality. The staff was very well behaved and co-operative. Overall it was an excellent stay. I would like to recommend this property to others. Only if they will add the transportation service to the property it will be good to improve the staying experience.

We have stayed here so many time and this time we felt that at least for our loyalty, break fast could have been complimentary. We felt bad that leave alone breakfast, dinner was also arranged very late. My 10 year old son was starving and we were forced to pick our car and look out for alternative. We had to satisfy ourselves with rice flakes. Also, there is no lunch service in home stay. As usual, we had to roam Around for lunch too. Next time we will not prefer this hotel. We will look for a better place.
No room service for breakfast or dinner. Had to wait for almost 1 or for the dinner to be served. Breakfast was also late. Room was not deluxe. Mosquitoes were biting during night. Main door could be locked but the room door was jammed and had to be pushed for locking. TV was very small

Floor was dirty, but on request they cleaned it. In another room tap was leaking and they attended to it only after we checked in at 10:30 PM.

Comfortable parking place. No noise. Excellent stay. Only break fast and dinner is available. For lunch, we need to walk for about 10 meters to reach any restaurant.
