The very reason to book a home stay is we need a home, a complete package like rooms, living room, kitchen, etc. I went with an infant and i wanted to access the kitchen. However, the kitchen was locked as it was used as the office. There were no basic items available like plates and glasses. We asked for plates and they said they won’t provide and we need to purchase paper plates (use and throw. The paper plates and cups are banned in kerala and we were unable to source them. When we said this, then the caretaker provided us some plates. It’s a home and we stayed. A hotel would have been a better option. One advantage is that the beds are double beds and a big family can comfortably sleep.

The contact numbers provided by you were not available in the property. Despite several phones, nobody was there at 11. 30 pm in the property. After i called the contact number, a person was sent to open the property. No food, not even morning chai. On the whole a forgettable experience. No caretaker present in the night. I was the sole occupant. While vacating also i was asked to just leave the property closed. Horrible experience

The service was very bad. Dirty bathroom, the blocky bathroom was correct from the moment we arrived. The bad behavior of the staff and the behavior as if they had gone to stay for free were the experiences. Like buying a biting dog with money

They asked me to check in another hotel, regant. Which was not at all upto the expectations

It was a good stay experience for me. The location of the property was great, with spacious rooms and cleanliness all Around. If the could arrange for some more parking space than it could have been more convenient for the guests. Overall it was a nice experience for me.
