The accomodation was actually having a very small room with a cot slightly bigger than a single bed. It was impossible for us two being a couple of mid-50s. The first night was horrible as none of us could sleep. Next day morning, the property-owner arranged a separate adjacent room. Both the rooms were not having proper arrangements like only a single plug-point from which a wall-mounted fan connected. In brief, it was practically a single room with minimum infrastructure. Only the people were nice, otherwise the rating could have been '1' maximum. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE.

The actual room pictures and sizes are clearly mentioned on our website to help guests choose the accommodation that best suits their needs. Despite this, when you expressed discomfort, we immediately arranged an alternative room at a different guesthouse, and we personally covered the extra cost, even though it was higher than your booking. We kindly suggest that in the future, considering age and comfort, you select a larger room with a bigger bed to ensure a more restful stay. We always do our best to make guests comfortable and are sorry this experience did not meet your expectations.

soloKiva homestay is a cozy, warm and pretty place for you to stop and chill in Nongstoin. I had a very comfortable stay there and would recommend the place to everyone. Specially because the host was really hospitable and friendly.
