Unfortunately my experience was below expectations. We had a disappointing stay. The room was not hygiene with visible stains on the sheets and there was no hot water coming in that room. The overall cleaniliness was lacking making uncomfortable experience.

Located in a prime location with lots of restaurants and shopping malls. Its typical guest house type with no proper service. Breakfast will be provided from outside which is just ok. No dedicated parking available. Ac made a lot of noise but was working fine. Over price and can be better.

Prime location. Clean & odorless room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Even though they do not have kitchen they will get breakfast from nearby restaurant. One con is they do not have dedicated parking space. We have to park the car outside the building but they do have 24/7 cc tv camera monitoring which is fine.

Issues with International Credit Card and WIFI

We asked before we arrived, if international Cards are accepted and they answered yes. So when we arrived there, two different Card Readers did not accept international Cards and we had to walk trough the streets to find some WORKING ATM in Nellore. So no Cash for us means also more work for us after an busy day. We had to cancel the Reservation of the hotel had to book again Good thing: the payment was finally successful. The Bed was big, the room was nice and clean. But the WIFI was working just most of the time. We enjoyed the typical Breakfast which was served in our room every morning.

Don't go by description of this hotel. Stale smell, no complimentary breakfast as mentioned. They ask you what you want so that they will order n get from outside. But will cut on items you ordered. I felt this bad because i went here with two small kids and they had to starve
