Service and food were good. Rooms are very dirty especially bathrooms. And I requested for fire camp staff denied to provide.

One of the worst stays! Please do not go! Cancel your trip but don’t book this. Dirty rooms, insects, lizards, dirty towels and linen, water bottles chargeable, no amenities and facilities as mentioned, we were the only people staying although it has 20 rooms, while other nearby hotels were full. Price should be half as compared. Scary and dark area.

I stayed with my family here. The room was somewhat okay, but the location is fantastic if you are a nature lover. Far from the main road. Food and service was very good. There are 2 friendly dogs and 3 puppies. if you are looking for a remote place with natural surroundings and ready to spend a little more for average stays, this would be recommended.

Very lonely. No care taking. No english speaking persons. Rooms and beds unclean. Staff disturbed with tv, throughout the night. Not even single person came to keep the luggage in car, while checkout. Staff is very careless and irresponsible fellow and everything was fun to him. Tent clothing is so dirty. Doors are not protective and delicate and unsafe. Curtains are not at full length and everyone can see inside while passing by. Food is average. Not provided hot water both morning and evening. Hell in such a cold climate on a rainy day. No sufficient staff. Noone at reception. Noone gives cell number, whom to contact. Please don't go as a family.

The property was in the midst of the farm and it was a beautiful experience. The food options were enough and food quality was also good. We liked the place. It's near kabini backwaters approx 20 mins. Charges were nominal compared to other options in the same vicinity. The room and bathroom were clean and maintained.

We were very disappointed with the service of Kabini Farm Stay for the following reasons 1. The bedsheets and pillow covers were very unclean and was not changed before checking in. 2. There was power cut for several times at night without any power back up. 3. Water supply was interrupted at the toilet. 4. Minimum requirements like drinking water, towel was not provided to the room. 5. Overall ambience of the farm stay was not at all acceptable. The location of the farm is good and the food was fine.

Excellent service provided by the people. Also the location is near for safari and home stay environment is excellent. Food was good quality of food was good. Overall excellent.

It is a beautiful stay! the caretakers were very polite and helpful. We had veg food. The taste and quantity is fantastic. It's very peaceful and has swing, few games to play. Enjoyed a lot with family.

I expected a better experience, after taking the arduous road trip to reach there. We booked for two nights, but decided to cut short our stay, since it was not a pleasant experience. The rates are at least 40 % higher than 4 star hotels on bangalore. Tent was dirty, totally lacking in hygiene. I didn't see the host at all. Food is ok, but not satisfactory. Getting there is a peril unless you have a sturdy off-roader. The property and guest experience could be managed better within it's limitations, but we actually felt abandoned. There were coconuts falling on the tin roof of the tent, frogs and rats coming in through the gaps in tent. Even for someone who loves camping, kamini farm stay does not offer the service worth it's value. Unless at least there are clean tents and good food for the weary traveller.

A noisy crowd came in right outside our room at 12:30 am and we're shouting and screaming with loud music till 3:30 am. Then they got cycles out and created ruckus by falling in front of our rooms and talking loudly. Despite us calling the manager and complaining, he didn't do anything. We were even scars to go out and see what was happening, the crowd was that vulgar in their language

Completely ruined my trip. As usual music was played all time in the big sound system. Definitely not for family

Cleanliness need to improve and also ambiance.

Service provided by staff is very good and quick service.

Location and surrounding is superb. Resort is bit small with hardly few activities. I.e. 2-3 working cycles and rest puncture or not working. Carrom is there. TT table place is not clean and couldn't be played. Food has hardly any variety, very basic. Stay wise rooms are good and spacious but these are tented cottage so security is an issue and there are hardly any security during night and its not fenced properly as well. Frequent power cuts and generator is switched when you call them.

Stay experience was great but complimentary dinner and breakfast needs improvement. Not much options available in food. Resort's staff are very cooperative.

No cleanliness, light, tv, flush, taps were not working properly, no maintenance. Insects in the bathroom. Dirty bucket and mug. No soap, hand-wash or other basic things. Dirty bed-sheets and chairs. The food menu was worst, no options provided even on request. Breakfast had limited options. Power backup was not on unless requested Charges are too high.

Good Stay and very neat. Very isolated place perfect for relaxation

Decent food. Approach road was bad.
The approach road is bad. Could have laid the path for the car to come inside comfortably. It was a tented cottage. Good to spend a day or 2 for relaxing. But they could have maintained the amenities of the activities better. Like badminton. Food was good though not great. Overall it was a nice experience.

Place was clean, good food and a pleasant place to stay.
