Rooms were well appointed and Size was good but need maintenance.Pest control is urgently required..We found Big frog in bathroom and small snake in pool attacched to room.But Hotel staff took promt action.Seemed understaffed but staff was sincere.Food was good..complimentary breakfast was good but the spread was limited.Location and ambience are fantastic.Overall ,the best option in Kuno as of now.Suite room is the best in my view.Pool room is relatively small in size

Ideal location for perfect holiday with family. Very well cooked food , served with love. Well mannered, curtious and responsive staff..overall a very good experience..

Resort is along side of Kuno River, which gives resort ravishing look. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful staff.

cleanliness, upkeep of room and property, food, amenities all were excellent. lication wise was excellent in terms picturesque views near river and also nearest possible to Kuno national park gates.

Amazing property with good food. Service was prompt and the the staff was really polite and helpful. As Kuno National Park is still in its infancy, not many people know about this wonderful place with an amazing river view. Really peaceful and serene.

We stayed 2 nights here. The environment is very nice, you feel like in the lap of nature, with keno river flowing below and beautiful trees around. The staff was very polite, helpful and simple in nature. I'll return here to stay if possible.

They are very co operating. But resort was not well maintained. I enjoyed alot there but pool was not cleaned and they were not serving non veg food so i was troubled in food arrangement.

No sports zone no jacuzzi no theatre room not value for money but place is very peaceful staff cooperative and food is excellent it’s should be under 3000

Very good location and nice stay

Overall a great trip with family. Decently good resort with a wonderful location. Extremely helpful and nice staff and an excellent manager at the property. Enjoyed the vegetarian food and the nice view of the river from the resort.

If you have your own car or bike you can really enjoy the countryside. The resort is surrounded by pristine fields and a clean river. Jackals and foxes roam freely in the garden at sunset. Avoid in rains as the river is known to flow over the bridge.

Nice stay, nice location, courteous staff

Location was good, geysers were not working and food service was not quite good. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Stay was good as per the location wise. But there are advantages and disadvantage So first I'll discuss the advantage and then disadvantage and then what all you need to take with you as it will not be provided by hotel as it maintained by government. Advantage 1) amazing view of Kuno river from the hotel. 2) food is good. Non lovers can order mutton or chicken curry it's amazing and for veg crispy bindi, chole masala and dal fry. 3) property was good. Now come to some disadvantage 1) maintenance was not up to the mark. Some of the lights in the room was not working garden was not maintained. Parking area was full of wild grasses. 2) delay in service from the hotel side as staff was limited due to less foot falling in that area as people are not aware of this amazing property. Remedies for your stay 1) take your day to day stuff with you like tea bags milk powder sugar satchel bread butter. 2) give your food order 2 hour prior when you would like to eat. Due to less staff it takes time to prepare the food. 3) take mosquito repellent with you as it is jungle are lots of mosquito are there. 4) prefer suv car rather than sedan car because it will be helpful for you in Kuno wildlife safari. Rest everything is nice if you like the stay suggest your friends and family to have a visit. Because people are not aware of this but full property.

As I went in off season. Short of staff. Lack of wifi. But yes must visit place

Nice place courteous staff, good for groups too

They are not cooperative. They don't know the value of customers how to talk to them also they doubt have the helping nature and they don't know how to make us feel good.
Resort rooms, food, everything is very good. But the manager of the resort is also good, most of the staff was not cooperative, also they don't have manner how to deal with customers. Great issue, I have faced there new rules and regulations, they want us to follow. In all, we are not bit satisfied with the staff.
