Room is very neat and clean. Food was not available due to absence of cook on that day. Budget friendly accommodation.

Location was good. Room could have been better as pungent smell was felt on entering the room. Food is not being served. We traveled by own car. Mr fernandez was insisting on taking his help for tourism requirements by taking his vehicle. Wi-fi was given when asked for but had some problems.

Good ambiance, room is spacious. Very near to jog falls but food quantity is less price is more better to have food outside.

The stay was decent. We stayed here since everything else around jog was booked. This place is quite close to the waterfalls and convenient. The food is a bit expensive unfortunately compared to other spots around here. The hosting couple are friendly. The hot water is limited.

First of all the owners were very warm and welcoming. Truly a homestay feel. Food was awesome. Stay was amazing. Definitely recommend this homestay. Very close to jogfalls. They guided us all the spots there. A very big thanks to them. Great experience. Will surely make a trip again and stay in velankanni home stay only.

I booked 2 rooms. But rooms are available he is saying not available. After that he given different room and very bad quality room. I can't cancel also. If i cancel amount not refund. It's very bad experience

It is a simple option with neat and clean room. Limited outdoor parking space is available. No toiletries or drinking water bottles are provided with stay. However, the place is quite close to jog fall view point. If you are just looking for a night stay option close to the falls, this one is a good option.

Stayed for a night only. Reception was very impressive - courteous and pleasant. Room and bathroom was clean and neat though the room was a bit small in size. Food was delicious and value for money. Service was prompt and courteous. The hosts > the fernandes couple - dolly and bodthol (bartholomeo) are great hosts. Ready to help in every way possible. Their guidance enabled us to visit the places of our interest in quicktime and in ease and comfort - thanks to their recommendation of mathew kuttikal as our tour guide. A place that we would love to go back again if visiting the place again. We wholeheartedly recommend the place for anyone looking for a budget stay but great experience of cleanliness, friendly and courteous service and above all clean and hygienic food. Thank you mm t for making it possible to experience the hospitality of mrs. Dolly and mr. Bodthol fernandes and enjoy our visit to jog falls. Please make it a point to visit nipli while at jog.

I had a nice experience at this home stay! the home food was excellent. Rooms are decent, hygienic, and amenities provided were good. The hosts (mr. & mrs. Fernandes) were incredibly kind and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. Not only did they take care of all my needs, but they also offered valuable trip guidance, helping me make the most of my vacation by suggesting incredible places to visit and things to do in and around the area. Highly recommended for a warm getaway!
