The location is at a walking distance from Malvan beach and the market, but a bit remote for walking after sunset. The 1 Bhk rooms are very spacious (can easily accommodate 4 people). There is a double bed in the bedroom and additional mattresses are available for the remaining people. There are lots of cupboards and a balcony too. Bedroom cupboards have a few lockable compartments too. The bathroom has a water heater and a shower. In the hall, there are 2 sofa chairs and a TV where you can watch something from your own laptop with the HDMI input (no cable service though). We didn't try the food, so I can't review that. A few suggestions 1. There should be a microwave or induction stove or electric kettle in the kitchen, otherwise it is useless (there is only a sink right now). 2. There should be more hooks in the bathroom. It was very difficult to hang clothes. The bathroom also needs an exhaust.

Hotel owner is very supportive and healthy snacks in the morning

The breakfast was too expensive and the room was good. There is electricity problem there always cut in every one or two hours. 850 metre from st bus stand. Uncle arrange scooty on rent. It is walking distance from Malvan Beach.

Average 2 BHK apartment customers requested to get confirm about with or without ac accommodation before booking. Food at hotel is costly better to have it outside. Ask for the location on Google map before start, as there is one more location with same name which is wrong one. Required deep cleaning and fresh air re circulation to avoid bad odor.

The food was alright. The TV didn't work. The generator back up did not cover the AC and worst of all, the bed covers and blankets they provided were not washed. They reeked of the previous users sweat.
