please do not book anybody as the owner's no. is not there and it was his ex manager whose no. is registered here who had long back left the place. I had to struggle at midnight after doing my payment and then later when i reached the place the owner said they are not taking booking.

Hotel owner is not good

It is terrible experience in staying there. Room a are not cleaned. No proper ventilation. Bathrooms are so stinky. Bad smell

Conveniently located for ram mandir. However terrible services, over-worked staff. Managers no where to be seen. . We were given rooms in opp. Place called ram palace. That place was aesthetically decorated. However open naalis in the street leading to lots of mosquitos, zero services with everything from towels to water needed to be chased. Staff was, polite & responsive but the owners were totally careless and callous. They would not compensate/adjust/apologize for major breaches in contract.

The room is reasonably good. Didn’t charge extra for the extra mattress provided. Allowed late checkout. But some times, nobody will be there in reception. Collect their mobile numbers and call them on mobile if any sevice is needed

It is not a worth staying. Please do not recommend anyone for this property

Bathroom was not good. Toilet seat cover broken. Jet pressure was not working. Water flow was very slow.

The hotel is located in a remote location. It was very difficult for us to search the property even with the help of google location. I was allotted room no 103 which was very small 8 feet by 8 feet. It was difficult for us even to open our luggage. There was no air conditioning. Next day we were shifted to room no 105 which was a bit bigger but no air conditioning. The worst part was that the toilet seat was broken and without any fosset. Dirty wash basin and floor. I do not recommend any one to book the hotel janki ballabh guest house ayodhya. I request you to refund me rent of one room for two days. I did not expect this type of service from make my trip. Com

Hotel stay was uncomfortable to say the least. This hotel took us to another smaller hotel since they were full. The other hotel did not have any amenities, no towels, bed sheets were soiled. The room was very small with a dingle bed for double occupancy, the toilet was an indian toilet. Very pathetic

Only provide bed no any facilities.

The location is very bad, not easily reachable, neighbourhood is dirty, rooms are not upto standards, there is no a/c, there was no power from 12:00 noon till 15:00 pm; the tv is not working, the cupboard keys were missing and could not be opened, the property does not merit to be paid even rs. 1000. 00 per night. There is no internal telephone line/intercom, and for every request or complaint i have to go down each time. Really very surprising and shocking that makemytrip recommends such places at such exorbitant prices. I will never book accommodation through you. The only silver lining was that the manager, though shabby in appearance is very courteous and polite. Thanks. For the sake of discount i do not want to take another risk with mmt. As i am typing this, the power has gone off for the third time. No drinking water. Not even a tumbler or glass to drink from is there. No towel or soap. And the charge is more than rs. 3000 night. It is loot.

The bedroom was very clean and the light was very good. All the staff had good behavior and everyone helped me a lot

Terrible. Very disappointed with accommodation. It's worst ever experience.

The experience here was pathetic. 1. The location provided is not correct. Property is located 1 km away from the provided location. Location needs to be fixed. 2. There is no permanent receptionist or manager. One person acts as receptionist for 3 properties. Became very difficult to locate the property due to this reason. 3. Electricity issue. There is no power backup. During our stay, we had no electricity and it became difficult to charge our phones and camera. 4. No clean linen and towels were provided. 5. This a 500-600 room in a house. Anything above that is daylight robbery. 6. Last, the property doesn't feel safe. There definitely was a camera in the washroom and the room.

Too good hotel at a low price, cleanliness, polite behavior, helping nature of staff, italian washroom
