Taking so much time to provide service....there was no cleaning activities after 1st day...

dirty room,dirty bathroom,dirty swimming pool, pathetic room service. all you lose your hard earned money. terrible experience. never ever expected.

Hotel service is very bad. They provide complimentary breakfast but breakfast not upto the mark. Service is very slow. Hotel pool is very good but hotel room is very bad.

Hospitality average. Had to fight for basic things like toiletries, complmentory break fast, towels, and many more. However i found 2 - 3 staffs who were cooperative

The rooms were a tad bit dirty. Room service was quite slow, despite the fact that we were the only guests on the property. Location was okay, however, it is centrally located so it can probably get a bit busy during peak season. Would not recommend the place to travellers seeking solitude.

1. The quality of food was good, food hygiene and kitchen is neat and clean. 2. Service quality was also good. They were very quick in responding to guests problem although it was a very busy time around christmas. 3. Rooms are spacious and big, bath tub is a plus. Property is also at a walking distance from beach and market.

Hotel location is good but food service is very bad

Food quality as well as per day charges. Rent too high compared to service. It would b better to book candlewood resort instead of diamond glory.

Hotel was highly overpriced 7. 2k for 1 room(3 people, no food included. Swimming pool was good. Parking space was good. But the quality of room was just average, specially for its price of 7. 2k per night. Mandarmani beach was just ok and not that good.

Poor maintainance. Had to request to change the bed sheet for clean bed sheet. They even had dirty bed sheet in store and the sofa in the room was dirty looking. The bath tub in the washroom was dirty. The tv in one of the room was not working. The water in the swimming pool was not clean. It took long time in preparation of food. The food was not so tasty. Shabby wall with water leak destroying the wall paint. The room service by somnath saw was good and parking for the car in safe zone saved from completely destroying the vacation.

hotel location is excellent. you can't see the sea from the hotel. only a glimpse can be seen from 2nd &3TD floor balcony. Food is good (both quality and quantity wise). hotel needs to be maintained. staffs are insufficient. staffs are few but they are very efficient. I have only seen 5-6 staffs. I think this number of staffs are highly insufficient. management must increase the number of staffs. As a result of very few staffs, hotel is not that clean. they are charging high prices for rooms. The bathtub is dirty. we actually couldn't use the bathtub. common area, dinning area floor is dirty, full of stains and fly. room's ceilings are not clean.room interior is good. security is good. service is good. swimming pool area has no proper washrooms. Nearest washrooms are out of lights. floor tiles are broken, shattered, unhygienic, unsafe. no lady can go alone to this washroom. In a nutshell, it is clearly visible that management/owner is not taking proper care to the property. staffs are very hardworking. There is no fault of staffs. Only the owner has to invest more and take necessary steps and make some changes to make this good property into a better one.

Room ok food tasty not seaside hotel that’s why no beach view room to reach beach one must have to walk for minimum 7-8 minutes

Mm p is the best platform where we can get best hotel, bus, flight and everything, i love this choice. Thankfully mm p

The rooms were clean, the washroom was perfect, it had a clean spacious bathtub which i absolutely loved. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and ready tp use with bluetooth music system which was great. The only thing was thqt it was not attached to the sea. Otherwise lovely comfortable stay

Good behaviour of staffs and food quality is outstanding

Not so good.its like so so.rooms are not so clean.service is also poor.
