Good hotel in nice location near Taj Mahal. Staffs are very cooperative and provide services on time.

I have never met such staff in my life. I booked room through MakeMyTrip. I reached at hotel at 1PM. I asked them for check in. But they said that your room is not confirmed. Actually those idiot staff didn't see MakeMyTrip email for room confirmation and they gave my all 3 rooms to any other random person which was booked by me. At last I called to MakeMyTrip team. MakeMyTrip team is too supportive and they care for their customers. They provided us three four star hotel rooms in other hotel. Thank you team MakeMyTrip. Please guys never visit this hotel. And MakeMyTrip is soon going to cancel the sponsorship with this hotel.

We can not say this is a good hotel location is OK but room service very very poor rooms near to without light parking facility OK. Next time never go with one. This not related to see. It's name is only one.

It's memorial experience. Very good room and service. Manager is very co-operative it's is nice stay. This cheap and best hotel. Service staff is very god polite. Every facility available in the room. Location is near by the Taj Mahala

Only the entrance is good and the hotel is near to Taj Mahal! These are the only positive points about it otherwise I would say NO for a couple stay! Although the staff was polite but the rooms are not well ventilated. Tap water in the bathroom was salty hard water. Intercom was not working. There is a bar next to the hotel. The driver of the taxi which we hired from the travel desk of the hotel was old and I guess was suffering from dementia because whatever we asked him about the city he could not answer and his driving was horrible. He banged almost 5-6 times on pedestrians and bikes in a distance of 100 km.

I can't suggest anyone to choose this hotel. My experience in hotel is very bad and staff was good but the hotel manager is so duffer. I can't suggest any person to choose the Zee hotel in Agra.
