so the worst condition of maintaining this property ,no proper cleaning,no intercom,pillows are so bad,smallish, locking system also improper I feel not to recommend to others ,not worth what we spend particularly for this property

Though location and room was spacious, couple of discomfort encountered. 1. Tv in the room was not working, even after being attended by electrician. 2. Bath room lightnit working. After repeated reminders attended at 7. 45 pm, but again was not working at 10 pm. Called and attended.

Very disappointed with the quality and service standards in the property. Property location was good, very much in the city. Does not have an attached restaurant. Pathetic amenities, no water, waste paper basket. Even blanket not provided. Best avoided.

Decent utility lodge in karaikudi

This is a utility lodge and not a luxury hotel. It serves the intended purpose food is not available although can be ordered from nearby restaurants and the roomboy will deliver. Swiggy also operates in karaikudi hot water is provided on request and the roomboy will deliver in the room in 10-15 minutes notice restrooms are quite ok and decent. Location is in the heart of karaikudi and within 3 kms of railway station, bus stand etc. Lodge has parking and atms are nearby the lodge offers 24 he check in and check out if booked directly, but through mm t only 12 noon check in is allowed. Had to book an extra day due to my train arriving at 3 am at karaikudi. Mm t should mirror the arrangement provided by the hotel and not force 12 noon check in

The check in was smooth. Rooms were good and basic. They have to pay attention to cleanliness of the floors and the towels should be spotlessly clean. All amenities including tv, ac were in working condition

Hotel is located in a prime business area, in a main road. It is easily accessible. Enough parking space is available for car. Tariff is reasonable. The negative point is the knob in the bath room was not working properly. There is no restaurant nearby except tea shops.

We stayed as a family the room provided for us interconnected room. Connecting door was locked between 2 rooms. Next room young boys were staying & drunk till midnight & quarrel sounds. Informed the management to change the room but no proper response from the management. No parking provided. No lift. Terrible experience.

My stay in Karaikudi

Hotels located in a prime location and is having great proximity to various locations. Hotel ambiance is very average and and poorly lit reception staff awkward courteous however they are not multilingual. As far as the rooms are concerned, the non AC rooms are abysmal there is constant water leakage from the taps, health flush is absent in the toilets, no hot water, no newspapers and no cleaning as well. Despite asking many times, water was not refilled in the room jars. Ideal only if you plan to use it as left luggage room. Ac room is pretty good, though all the rooms are not blessed with effective AC's. All other above descriptions except the health flush, are still applicable to these rooms as well. Lot of improvements required as regards to services, ambiance, maintenance and interpersonal skills.
