Hotel Taj Village

Kitchen facility were not available and washroom was dirty and water were coming from the toilet shower. Even tea and coffe were not available. But room interior was good

Location is the drawback of this Hotel. It is located at an interior place. Otherwise, the Hotel is good. The Hotel is good for a Solo stay.

The staffs were extremely rude. Old sick guests were forced to handle their luggage by their own as hotel staffs were too arrogant to pay attention. Room service for food/hot beverage were denied before 8 am. Charged extra for transportation service in the evening. Geysers were not working and they paid attention only after 3rd complaint. There is no lift in the hotel and not suitable for senior citizens/patients/mothers with small babies. In short, other than soft mattress and clean washroom nothing was good in the hotel.

Hotel room was clean, bathroom fittings were in bad shape (leaking, no water pressure etc.). Toiletries were not there in bathroom, no complimentary water. Room phone was in operational. They don't have menu for breakfast.

The location of the Hotel was near the Taj Mahal. It was a bit noisy area. The Hotel did not provide the food, they bring the food from outside. All the services were nice. It was a neat and clean Hotel. The rooms were also good. The staff behavior of the Hotel was also very friendly. It was a nice experience.

The location of the hotel was in the village, but it was not difficult for me to find it out because google maps have shown the right direction. The area was very peaceful. The room and hotel were good. As a solo traveler, it was a good experience.
