HOTEL SWAGATH RESIDENCY

I stayed for 10 days in this hotel, and overall, the experience was quite good. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Good for stay but somehow response from staff is not quick and food is also good but ac will not work.

Reception who is staying are not cooperative with customers will stay for few more hours that ask to pay money 24 hours. It is not fine na that's ask money you can charge what is the few hours of the charge.

Rooms are very bad, no cleaning, staff behaviour also not good, bath rooms also not cleaning properly. Worst

Staff behavior is very rude specially for the guests booked reservation rooms are not clean and hygiene a. C. Is not working properly fan is also not working properly bed linen is not clean

Location - good. Food - okay. Amenities - bad. Service - super bad. Had a fully paid booking, due to flight delay informed the hotel that i will be arriving late around 11. 30pm (midnight. Dueto further delay in flight, arrived the hotel (swagath residency) around 2am on the following day (which is well with-in the checkout time, but hotel staff refused me to check-in. Instead they asked me to do a fresh booking and contact makemytrip for cancellation or other formalities. Since it is 2am, we do not have any other option than taking another booking as per board rate. Lift is very pathetic not working since morning, now it is 15. 35 still no sign of repair.

Worst experience over all no hygiene no service and they charged 500 extra for early check in. More over they said if you book we will give this type rooms only.

It’s not a good place to stay with family. I checked out immediately when i see the rooms and place. It’s a terrible place

No parking space, filthy and stinky rooms, no locks for rooms, need to call someone to open and close the door every-time

The lift is stingy. The rooms are bad. Ac had been cleaned at least a decade earlier. Breakfast is served in the room which is not optimum in quantity and quality. Room service is terrible.

Very bad experience location no parking not good food and

Received well at the hotel. Provided space for parking my car, though they have limited space being a commercial area. Location of hotel is excellent, which we liked very much. All the shopping we need can be carried out even late in the night, as the types of shopping is available nearby. Good restaurant is available in the hotel and hence need not search for one.

Full of mosquitos and all men are drinking in hotel rooms rooms are very very bad no neatness in the bed full of insects and cockroaches

This is the worst hotel i've ever been to. It is disgusting, dirty and absolutely ridiculous service. The staff doesn't even bother about the problems reported. Dirty linen was provided in the room and even after complaining they didn't even bother to change them. It is operated more like a bar rather than a hotel!

Pros are property is easy to find, near to bus stops and metro. Lets list out cons now, average rooms many other properties provide clean and spacious rooms, reception is below average i had to wait for 40 min to check-in, food service is not even below average, i asked for early checkin which is not available here. Finally if u need average stay near bus stop go for this otherwise look for others.

Didn't provide minimum requirements. Have to ask everything and they didn't even provide breakfast.

Nothing great about the hotel. Average rooms with twin beds. Not very clean. Price high compared to quality. The only relief was the ac worked. Its located on a busy s tree market so difficult to reach by 4 wheeler especially on weekends.

Worst hotel, bad smell, not clean, they don’t refund even if we cancel the reservation after seeing these bad rooms.

Location find out in google, food is good but amenities not at all good, bathroom maintenance is not upto the mark.
